(1) The Commission shall publish the advertisement of promotion in accordance with the schedule of the Commission for promotion in the civil service or group in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the post, rank or level, number, service, group, sub-group, service period required to be a candidate, minimum educational qualification, deadline and place of submission of application and other necessary details specified by the commission to be promoted, in accordance with sub-rule (1) Will have to disclose.
(3) Prospective candidates shall submit the application form to the commission by attaching the details mentioned in the advertisement published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(4) The applications received as per sub-rule (3) shall be sent by the commission to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee.
(5) The format of the promotion application form and the application form shall be as determined by the Commission.
